The LMDC Charity is governed by its trustees, who appoint three officers.

Malcolm carries out the duties of the treasurer, receiving donations, administering grants and reporting to the trustee body. He can be contacted for these and general enquiries.

Simon administers the Summer Round of means-tested family grants. He can be contacted about these and for general enquiries.

All the officers are very pleased to visit synods, chapters and parishes to talk about the charity.

The Trustee Body

The trustee body is made up of:

The diocesan bishop (President) and the three area bishops
The seven archdeacons
One clergy and one lay representative from each episcopal area
The officers of the charity

Deanery Representatives

The charity actively looks for representatives in each of the deaneries, preferably one clergy and one lay rep. Please contact your area dean if you wish to volunteer or want to know who your reps are. The deanery representative role is outlined on the link below.
